When I first opened the package, I was impressed with this bedskirt -- it's pretty and the quality seemed acceptable. But I always wash everything before using, so after I washed it, my opinion changed. Still looked great, but when I put it on the bed and adjusted it so it would hang evenly, the bedskirt part tore away from the part that goes across the box spring. I made the decision to keep it because my experience is sending it back is more trouble than it's worth for a small dollar item. I mended the tear (about 4 inches long), and then looked around the rest of the skirt. The lining part was shredding in many places. Still, it looks good on the bed and will be OK until it needs washing again. I won't be ordering this again when it needs replacement.
