I bought this along with a queen sized mattress and frame from Ikea because I liked the low price of the product. However, you get what you pay for in this situation. I put them on the bed and everything was peachy keen for a short while. One day, I get into the bed and hear a crash underneath me and I am suddenly sucked into my mattress. I climbed out and realized that the slatted bed base had fallen out, but was not broken (yet). I put it back in place and this same thing happens at least twice a week for the next month or so. Along the way I have had to duct tape it together because the slats are held together with ribbon (whose idea was that?!). I have owned it for about 3 months now and am getting frustrated. I am now looking to purchase a box spring because I am so fed up with it. The only reason why I haven't given it one star is because I like that it lowers my bed considerably, which I like. Other than that, I would never recommend this to anyone. It is not anywhere near what I would want in a product.
