My metal bed came in about a week after ordering. Very easy to put together. I did it by myself in 10 mins. no tools required. It gives you nice storage space under the bed.
Cons:
-I am finding that the mattress slips/slides downwards on the frame -- there is no grip and the mattress and the bed skirt slide. Although the mattress is not slipping side to side -- which I dont understand because there is no lip on the sides. I will have to buy some rubberized carpet underpad to put under the mattress to keep it in place.
-The company did not include the brackets for the headboard/footboard with my bed frame. I called their customer service and they were nice enough although not very apologetic. They are sending the brackets and I have to wait another week. I find this oversight pretty annoying.
-The metal frame is the exact height of my electrical/phone/cable outlets and bangs into the plugs. I will have to find a way to elevate the bed because of that.
Pros:
Easy to put assemble and next time I move, it's easy to fold up.
Inexpensive and practical
When you sleep on it, it feels good. you feel supported.
I have just a 8" mattress and it is a good total height.
Customer service was helpful and I got to speak to a human.
